I found the location excellent. I could easily walk to popular spots and reach the train station. Lockers helped me store my bags before check-in. I arrived early. The lobby seating area provided a space for work.

I noticed minimal services. The hotel couldn't handle luggage forwarding and had difficulty calling taxis.

The location is great for visiting local attractions. The hotel is near a shopping street AND Nishiki Market. The staff are professional and helpful in every way. i found this very admirable.

The hotel, based on the website, it suggested higher standards. My room was small AND dark with no daylight. i found dust and a contact lens, a sign the sheets weren't clean. It was very UNPLEASANT
